A good time was had by all, even if 'all' was only me. I came into Company at about 2:40 in the afternoon.
Once again I ordered the "Sweet'n Sassy" from the appy menu, seems to be my staple. I have no pics due to digging in before being fully prepared for a Review. The food was visually appealing (trust me) and combined with their house beer, the 'Company Lager', was a tasty treat for my tummy. My only comment really, and not to quibble, but the slices of cuke on the platter were a bit shrivelled. On all other occasions I've had the same dish this was not the case.
Otherwise all was very good. The bartender Darren treated me well, the joint was quiet and clean. It's well lit with many windows and if your a TV person there are many for your viewing pleasure.
The quiet was something I was looking for. I've spent more than a couple afternoons at Brandt's Pub (a sister pub I think) and while I like it there very much it is a bit noisier than I prefer. I've been known to wear earplugs on more than one occasion while there. Nothing regulars can't or won't tolerate I'm sure, it is a pub after-all, but I often go to write and the music can be a bit obtrusive. I love the place so much though that I'm willing to do what I have to if I want to enjoy myself while there.
So I'll give Company 4 stars.
Coles Notes of my visit to Company are: 4 for service, 4 for food (4 for drinks), 4 for decor (if this is your style), 3.5 for price. Thanks for listening.
ps Perhaps I should comment on my rating numbers as I've been chastised for rating too low at times. Much of my rating is of course subjective. It's based on day (time/day of week), my mood (which is variable), style of decor (aside from cleanliness which is another issue), in general how I feel about the place. To be fair I should review more than once although this generally doesn't happen.
The bottom line to my rating system is that a 4 is high/good, you'll likely never see a 5 or if you do it'll be because I've had a lot to drink and the female server is flirting with me "big time". A 3 - 3.5 is not bad, it's just not a rating that shows that the location stands out in my mind. Again in fairness I should review it again.
Thanks for listening, again..... -

Nice little bar and the food was reasonably good but the smell of cleaning chemicals was overwhelming. Service was good but I won't be back unless we can sit outside. Businesses should avoid using smelly chemicals as many people find it objectionable.

My husband and I came here after a long drive in. It was nice and the food good. We weren't greeted upon arrival and were unsure if we wait to be seated or seat ourselves. My husband had the Louisiana BLT and I had the chicken carbonara. Both were really good. Overall good experience, the staff was nice.

I had their Short Rib Parpadelle and it was amazing! A lot of flavor and the short rib was very tender. Melts in your mouth!
